The usual path
From approval to arrival.
Exact timing depends on the approved design, fit, materials, stone specification and shipping method. The final order confirmation controls the timeline for your piece.

Your payment and selected configuration are recorded for review.
- 02 Design review
Measurements, spelling, material, stone and fit details are checked before production.
- 03 In production
The approved piece is being made to the confirmed specification.
- 04 Quality check
The finished piece is checked before it is packed.
- 05 Shipped
The confirmed shipping method and delivery update are sent to the checkout email.
What to include in an update request
Send the order reference, the name used at checkout, the piece, and the question you need answered. For a damage or specification issue, include clear photos of the packaging and jewelry.
