These terms explain how product listings, configurations, estimates, custom approvals and final-sale orders work at VVS Vault by HLD.

Listings and images

Catalogue designs are starting points.

AI-generated and catalogue-inspired images show the intended design direction. Actual colour, scale, stone layout, metal weight and finish can vary. The confirmed order specification controls the final build.

Prices and taxes

Estimates are not final quotes.

Online CAD prices are planning estimates. Final pricing may change with material, weight, dimensions, stone specifications, grading, setting, fit and production requirements. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other checkout amounts are confirmed before or during checkout.

Custom requests

Original work only.

Customers must have the right to use any uploaded design, logo, image or reference. We do not knowingly produce unauthorized branded replicas, counterfeit goods or designs that infringe another party’s rights.

Approval and final sale

Review every detail.

Before production, review spelling, measurements, tooth count, size, material, stone, colour, setting, clasp, backing and notes. All sales are final and change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted. See the shipping and final-sale policy.

Use of the site

Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and customization information.
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material or interfere with checkout.
Content, names, images and design elements created for VVS Vault by HLD remain protected unless otherwise stated.
